"At first we didn’t find the property because the indicated location on Expedia, as well as on Google maps showed that it is in the city center. Once we found out that it actually is outside the city center we had to drive up a small mountain which nearly destroyed our rental car as the streets were really bad. "Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. All the time I was there, I showered cold water and the place is really cold. Dinner was practically for fighting, with orders taking...
