"I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. "The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful."

"WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money...

"I got there and a sign was on the door that no water was available and the state of Indiana was giving them a number of days to repair. When I began check in, I asked if the sign was correct, and was told yes, there was no hot water, did I want to stay. I said no and was told to ask V for a refund, he would confirm there was no hot water. I went to V site and there is no record of my stay, but there is a charge on my card."
