"Property was as mentioned - lots of charm, spacious and clean. The host was amazing with communication. As some comments imply, noise travels a bit. I am not marking this down, as I feel that’s part of shared walls and the “charm” of being downtown (train travels regularly) but if you know you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs, etc. The lofts are above the best book store and very walkable to Silos and Dr. Pepper Museum."

"Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. "The house was clean.The internet is terrible. It kept losing service throughout our stay. On our last day there, the lock box didn’t work. I’m not sure if it was because of the internet. We tried contacting the host by calling the two phone numbers they left in the guest book and also via the VRBO app. We did not hear from anyone for over 6 hours! We called and texted and were extremely annoyed that this was how we had to spend our last day there after only staying there for five days. I thought...
