"The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic"

"Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking."

"We stayed here two years ago and they were in the process of remodeling. They have made beautiful changes to the property. The place was clean. The one improvement I would suggest is better internet. The TV kept freezing up. We would for sure stay here again and recommend it to our friends."

"My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues."

"The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

"Beautiful cottage close to many things."

"Great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I actually slept better here than anywhere else during our Colorado trip! Would definitely stay here again."

"Was a very comfortable place"

"It was good. However it doesn’t have AC, or an oven however it showed both of that on the listing I just didnt pay attention. and the hot water was kinda a struggle situation because you had to go under the sink in the kitchen and fix it. The blinds broke downstairs on the second day and it was completely see thru so there wasn’t much privacy but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s okay."

"We had a great time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area."

"We absolutely love it! The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again."

"The bedsheet was on wrong so it kept coming off during the night. "

"Deborah is very accommodating. Her team provide great accommodations at all of their rentals. We have stayed at more than one of their places and have only good things to say about our experiences. Thanks for providing such a great air B&B for our many trips to Colorado Springs! "

"Such an amazing experience we don't want to leave!"

"My intended stay was from March 07-12, 2026 and did not relocate from the Timber Lodge until March 25, 2026 and still in Colorado Springs in the same area. Came for a mental vacation, loved it here and haven't went back to Denver."

"This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...
