"The hotel was decent. My biggest complaint is the parking. You have to pay to park there. You’ll have to download an app and get a code that you scan so the gates will open. The gate would not open for us. The front desk couldn’t help us as the parking gates and app are a third party company. We saw multiple people stuck at the gates unable to leave. It was very frustrating and unnecessary. I shouldn’t have that much hassle just trying to get out of a parking lot not should I be charged to park...

"We were given a room and two keys. Went to the room, opened the door and it was full of girls and mom's dressing for a wedding or something. Very uncomfortable for all, me and my 13 year old son included. And worse yet was the front desk attendant was rude, not apologetic and we had to carry all our luggage back up front from the back end of the hotel. We did get moved to a room with a better view, but still..... We also had a view of police raiding a homeless camp. That was interesting,...
