"I was impressed with the staff and the service was top notch. Breakfast had good variety but I struggled a bit with taste. The facility and the environment were kept clean, but for some damp smell in the corridors (my floor). Room service was awesome. The room was not so cooling after midnight, not sure what was going on with the A/c but in fairness, I didn’t complain to front desk. I will recommend the hotel to family and friend. My overall rating will be a solid 9😊 "

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite a few room for improvements. I can see that the management has really tried to make the service better. Lift was okay, not that long wait. Reception are quick and made me feel welcomed. Naif and Bejay? has also helped me regarding my room request. Till next time! :) "

"The hotel served the purpose of our stay very well. While not the most luxurious, it provided the necessary level of comfort for us. Grocery stores nearby, cookware and utensils provided, and very affordable in-hotel restaurant. "

"This hotel, just open now for 4 months, is truly a hidden gem! It is located in the picturesque Expo 2020 city a 10 minute walk from the subway. It's mostly car free (though there is parking available) and we spent 2 weeks in a truly gorgeous hotel. The staff are all extremely well trained (I think the General Manager Christian Potvin had a lot to do with it and hired some really smart people) I would definitely recommend for those who want peace and quiet waking to the sounds of birds."

"Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...
