"I was impressed with the staff and the service was top notch. Breakfast had good variety but I struggled a bit with taste. The facility and the environment were kept clean, but for some damp smell in the corridors (my floor). Room service was awesome. The room was not so cooling after midnight, not sure what was going on with the A/c but in fairness, I didn’t complain to front desk. I will recommend the hotel to family and friend. My overall rating will be a solid 9😊 "

"Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...
