"We found this cute little house very quiet and private and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have everything we would have normally needed. It was cold when we arrived but the heaters took no time at all to get things cosy and comfortable. Our mountain bike riding teens used the hose and bike rack for a post-ride clean up and the washer and dryer came in handy with supplied washing powder too.An easy drive to Derby for mountain biking...

"The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. But the unit itself needed a bit of work. The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. Everything else was in good working condition, but overall could use with a good deep clean."

"I'd stayed at Queechy's several years ago and was happy to come back. Really clean and spacious rooms, almost like separate cottages. Already warm on arrival on a chilly day. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. The host is lovely and good communication. Fresh milk! So close to the beautiful Bay of Fires. We'll be back."
