"The property has a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, toaster,or coffee maker were available in the room. When we asked we were told that they had nothing. Not even a glass. The staff were kind to get us an extra towel, soap, and pillows but the amenities are pretty weak. Also, the mattress was extremely soft. On the positive side, it's in a great location close to beaches and lots of restaurants and grocery stores."

"Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views! Really great spot to sit under the magnolia tree with a glass of wine and look over the lake and beautiful garden. Radina was very helpful throughout and gave clear communication for each possible thing. The driveway is a bit steep but we got the hang of it! "

"A comfortable and friendly family home. There is some noise from dogs and the host family but they take care to be quiet at night. A perfect place to stay for hospital visits/procedures. "

"I was on a mission to bring Okanagan wine to Las Vegas and invited close friends to accompany me because I knew the region was simply gorgeous! Ryan & Yolanda's home was ideal in terms of location, midpoint between the center of town across the bridge and its proximity to the Oliver wine region where I did most of my work. "Mark’s place is amazing!!!! Everything in the house is model and new. The furniture and all the amenities are new and clean. Trust me, you will be amazed by the scene at the balcony. My friends and I had a dinner at the balcony, it was gorgeous and chill! We posted on social media, there were many friends asking for the house information. Mark was also responsive, whenever I asked a question, he gave answers quickly and clearly. The two nights’ staying made me want to move here, lol. In short,...

Bad experience

"The hotel is good, however, the problem we had was the cleaning, from the day we arrived we reported that the bathroom was dirty and we reported it to the reception and they did nothing, they said they would talk to the cleaning people. The next day they were not able to do the cleaning service and they were reported again and they agreed to send a person in the afternoon and he never arrived. It leaves me very upset since the reception staff didn't really do anything and just gave me my way."
