"ok"

"Nothing. It was just filthy and needed major repairs. The tub/shower was covered in soap scum. It had very low water pressure but even then it couldn’t drain properly. The sink barely drained and would have overflowed unless you turned off the water. The bedding was gross. Stains on the comforter and sheet while the other sheet was yellow. One of the closest doors was just laying in the closet. There was still trash in the room left behind from a previous guest. Their advertising was nothing...

"Clean and well maintained furniture! Great job to all staff 👏 Keep up the good work."

"とにかく広くて快適 3人で2泊3万はお得としか言いようがない シャワーとトイレに段差があり地味に良い テレビの映りもよい 行きにくいがモールにも繋がっており至便"

"The room is spacious and very quiet. Close to the airport but not a lot of activities around the hotel"

"Love the venue with the Mall besides it, the pool and gym. Not really crowded and its a good place to travel for a peaceful holiday"

"This is one of the most magical places to stay. I’m so happy we got to enjoy this unique property and the incredible service."

"We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

"Overall experience good.Wasn’t allocated sea view room.Could have provided more cooking utensils."

"Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. "
