"We always choose this hotel when staying in Sudbury. It's in a great location with lots of big box shopping and a Costco, if you're into that kind of thing. It also has an excellent breakfast. The only thing about this particular stay was that the staff forgot to fill the body wash dispenser which was totally empty. Accidents happen, it wouldn't discourage us from staying again. Oh and the beds are pretty comfy too!"

"Cindy bed great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. I didn’t care for the breakfast offerings of egg discs and sausage discs and English muffins - yuck. A cup of coffee and some toast is all I could stomach. Everything else about the hotel is very good."

"Very clean and quiet, great staff, very helpful and polite. Looks new inside and out. Easy to get to and you can walk to several business and restaurants."

"Homeless encampment right behind. People were walking the parking lot asking for cigarettes and money. Man was asleep on the ground at the side of the parking lot. There was human feces in the parking lot. One elevator didn't work and the ice machine was out of order. There was also a huge line to check in and only one person at the desk."

"We asked for a ground floor room since we were staying with our dogs and the receptionist was quick to accommodate our request and our reservation was changed from second floor to ground floor. We could conveniently park just outside our room. Thank you!"

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant Clean room Especially like the outdoor patio space behind the hotel for enjoying the outdoors!! Very quiet and the breakfast was very good!!"

"The view is good, but the cottage is dirty and smelly. The most bizarre part is that you have to pay for bedding and towels separately, and those items aren't included by default. We noticed it in their invoice on the date we were supposed to check it and had to call and ask to add bedding. Long story short, stay away unless you enjoy a kids' camp style room with a dirty toilet."
