"Waited 30 minutes to check in, checked in the room and it was in much need of renovation, broken blinds, light switches didn’t work, room was smaller than advertised. Only one member of staff in to check in guests at 5pm. A lot more hotels in Manchester on offer that are 10 x nicer than here. Would never stay again. Really disappointing."

"We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...

"Great location, walkable to Manchester centre in about 25 minutes or 10 min Uber ride. Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need. The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous."
