"What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. "I upgraded to the terrace suite, but for the price there was no air con, the WiFi didn’t work, the bed was very small for the price, there was only one sachet of coffee. The tv wouldn’t turn off Just not worth the extra"
