"We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street.
