"Here for three nights. Comfy bed, upper floor so the sun streamed in our windows, maybe a couple of issues with the toilet flush but, otherwise, an excellent stay. Breakfast was hot and ample. The ground floor bar was convenient and staff were great. Ate one evening in the ground floor Italian restaurant. Staff were great there too, food was good, the white wine wasn't chilled."

"I stayed on the 6th floor of 5 ! so a slight walk up stairs. Room was tiny and no desk space which was ... surprising."

"Our bathroom very clean but could do with a update bath needs up dating very hard to get in and out ,chipped enamel. Also rooms could do with walk in showers."

"Clean rooms and they are going under a refurb to update them, great location"

"Lovely hotel and the room was fantastic. The complimentary items were a great surprise! Location is ideal and safe. Staff very friendly. Only thing I’d improve would be the cost of parking for guests as at £14 a night it’s quite steep."

"Location was great not far from train station & shops staff very friendly & helpful. We could also leave our luggage while we went shopping."

"We arrived to a building that looked like a building site. The car park was full so we were told to use the overflow car park which is not easy when you have big cases. We were given the top floor room and when going to the lift found it was out of order. We had to climb four flights of stairs both days. Not a good stay! Spoke to the management who were not interested at all."

"Room nice and clean, though a bit dark. No staff around at breakfast so had no clue if there were any other breakfast options beyond the buffet."

"We arrived at the check in desk to be told we only had 1 room when I had booked 4. My booking confirmation said 4 but the girl behind the till was telling me I hadn't even when she had taken my phone. We were told to come back, we did and still to be told the same thing. There's no booking. We then came back after our reservation and the 2 gentlemen on the desk were very helpful and brought our booking up straight away"

"Nice big room with plenty of amenities. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great and an added bonus. Unfortunately the strong smell of damp dog in the room really spoiled the stay. We didn’t realise dogs are allowed to stay at the property as it isn’t mentioned on the Expedia description. We also had an issue with a water inlet pipe that came loose under the sink which flooded the kitchen floor."

"Staff hotel was superb 5⭐️. Just 1 issue gym members hogged the jacuzzi saying they have priority. Also not free parking 🅿️ pay to park very expensive."

"Always use this hotel for work. Nice room, desk for more work, gym and spa facilities and the restaurant has a great coal fired grill that do excellent steaks!"

"wszystko było wspaniałe, obsługa wyśmienita śniadania od wyboru do koloru, poprostu pyszne"
