"Hotel Apa was really clean and had good amenities but the situation with the elevators is a bit of a challenge we stayed Saturday and Sunday night and on Saturday night the line to go up to your room was about 60 people. There are 12 elevators half that go up to the first 21 floors and the other half the top but there was a lot of congestion. "Overall hotel was lovely - great location, lovely reception. The downfall was the cleanliness of the room (dust around the bed, dirty under the bed) and the drain smell in the rooms. General cleanliness was okay but did need a decent spring clean."

"This was the best Hotel we stayed at in Japan and the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo was really nice. We stayed in room 3009, which had incredible views. If you can ask for this room, so spacious and with all the toiletries you won’t need to bring any of your own. A 10 to 15 minute walk and you’re in the middle of everything. Taking some of the less traveled streets you can find some great restaurants, but if you want to take the night off the hotel restaurants on the top floor are a good option."

"Wonderful family lounge. Hotel is clean and staff was great! However, the laundry is very expensive due to low power, therefore, you had to pay for multiple times (3 or 4 times) in order for your clothes to get dry completely."
