"Extremely small and tightly packed everything, I can’t even take a dump without bending my knee awkwardly since the wall is way too close to the toilet, also I had to duck down the whole time to take a shower and I’m not even that tall. If you have more than one luggage good luck trying to walk to the bathroom since the free space is the size of your luggage. They also check your passport if you want to get water from them lol"

"Great location. Close to Osaka Station and Umeda area. Great staff. Very pleasant. Great view from lounge and rooms. Soaking in the spa on 31st floor at night is a must. Would definitely recommend."

"接待、餐廳與房務員工都很親切；餐廳用餐環境好；高樓層房間乾淨且視野棒；外部馬路與空橋飯店標示多，方便查找。 但因為連住五晚，每天早餐幾乎一樣，只有極少數固定幾道菜隔日輪換。若未改善，下次入住會考慮選擇不含早餐的方案。"

"Easily my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. Very friendly staff who greeted me and helped me check in. My room was perfect; clean, just big enough to be compact yet comfortable, and great wifi. My favourite features of this hotel has to be the public baths with the convenience store and washer/dryers all on the same floor. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance."
