"We really liked staying in our own cozy chalet. We liked the having a firepit outside. I am allergic to smoke and our chalet was not smoke-free. That was the only downside."

At the end of the town but hotel provides free bus tickets and public transport is really convenient so really no big deal. Driving and having to park downtown would have been far more hassle"

"Hidden Ridge is about 10mins to Banff downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to town, so getting around was easy for my family, the rooms were spacious, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable like cutlery, pots etc.The hot tub has an awesome view. The only thing I hope they fix is the showers you need to use before jumping into the hot tub. It was out of service during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend."

"The centralized location, the property, and the staff was very good. The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in the heart of banff main market and has private parking for guest at reasonable price. I would recommend the place."

"We checked in and I mentioned we had a small dog. I was told by Expedia that they are pet friendly. Guess what they aren’t BUT their sister property is Thank God. Not as nice but helped out. Expedia always helps. Only reason I’m loyal and only use them."

"Our overall check‑in experience was subpar. The room we were assigned faced a back alley, which was not indicated in the description. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided in the room to help alleviate the early morning noise of the delivery trucks. Had that information been clear, we would have chosen a different room type. We were only there for one night, mountain views were our only request .
