"Room was clean and quiet and staff were friendly. The rooms and the general hotel property are getting quite run down with noticeable damage to carpet, furniture, wallpaper, blinds, etc. We have stayed at this hotel regularly since it opened about 20 years ago and it is definitely not as nice as it used to be. It is close to town and easy to walk to."

"Booked last minute. Very clean and very helpful staff. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything was clean and new. The quality coffee and tea provided as well as blankets for sitting on the balacony and robes to head to the hot pools were much appreciated. Hot pool are on the upper levels and are quite large. There is a seating area with gas firepit as well. We went early in the morning and had it to ourselves for over an hour. Very peaceful!"

The jacuzzi and hot tubs were the highlight of our stay, with amazing views and fireplaces. Parking was really easy and everything was at a nice walking distance, from the gas station, to some restaurants. "What a stunning hotel! Walkable in to the centre of Banff and the hot pool is lovely to wind down at the end of the day. The room was spotless and parking is underground and safe. We loved our stay here."

"The location of the lodge is an easy walk to main downtown area of Banff. My room was spacious and clean. Services offered at the lounge is excellent. The $15 dollar food and drink credit per day is a nice option if you want to have a meal or drinks at a great price that is literally in the lodge.
