"Very nice hotel with very convenient. very close to airport. Staffs are super friendly and very helpful. Overall highly recommended for transit stay between flights Only suggestions -in hotel website , Shuttle bus services time should be clearly documented that they started 5 am till 11:20 pm and 11:40 pm depends on terminal so visitors can arrange with their arrival and departure times Highly recommended"

"Very clean"

"Great for a stopover in KL Airport T2. Signage could be better when you come out of the elevator. Desk gave me a key that wouldn't open the door, not what I needed when I didn't have much time to sleep anyway."

"Excellent hotel close to airport with a airport shuttle service. Good for short stay and transit"

"The atmosphere was very good and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. Excellent breakfast and so much to choose from."

"It’s ok. As a visitor to Malaysia I wish I had been given a room with a window. No soap in room. Of course. Pillows hard - neck craners. WiFi decent enough. Despite the clear nonsmoking signs had to complain about someone clearly smoking in room and again several times after 1am - 3am with guests who just launch into loud talking and I mean loud - at such late hours! Like, huh? So, surprisingly thin walls? I don’t know it’s all a bit weird and old school.."

"Friendly staff and quiet environment. Overall good experience"

"Pleasant and friendly check in, clean showers and bathroom."

"Property wifi bill was late and they didn’t pay. So I had no WiFi for 2 days, had to connect to other room which was very slow. Gym equipment broken, hit or miss. Area was ok. Check in property was not tracking me, even though I had already paid."

"Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can."

"Muy económica limpia, solo que habitación sin ventanas"

"クアラルンプール夜着、翌日午後便発。空港から近いホテルにしました。ローカルなレストランやSHOPやコインランドリーも近くにあります。排水の臭いが気になりました。それ以外はこの価格に対して十分でした。"

"Good for a layover 😊"

"スリッパがなく、アメニティは少なかった。 でも水も無料と近くに24時間のスーパーはあったりとか立地は良さそう！"

"well , they need improve the pest / insect control in the room . and also need improve the vanity , bathroom pluming , which some water supply line broken , and leaks and water pressure way too low ? but the location be OK , which near airport and Salak Tingui station , which goes to downtown KL and airport terminal 1 & 2 . and block away McDonald and Burgerting and some of local restaurant to enjoy the meal . i was happy to stay this hotel , and location with so reasonable price . thanks ."
