"Zimmer sauber. Frühstück ausreichend. Aber beim Fahrstuhl kein Schutz d.h. Türe geht zu, es wird gedrückt und Fahrstuhl fährt sofort los. Man sollte weg von der Türe stehen. KINDER??? UNFALLSCHUTZ??? Frühstück, wenn man sich ein Brot zuviel gemacht hat, es nicht mehr essen kann, man noch fragt ob man es mitnehmen kann, sich dann noch ein Gemotze anhören muss, ist es mir schon zuviel. "Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. "I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...
