"While the room was very clean and newish, the air conditioner was extremely undersized. I stayed for 6 nights while attending a training at the nearby Airport Academy. I had the AC on the entire time with the shades closed and was never able to get the room to cool by more than a half degree. It was so hot which made sleep difficult. So because you buy sleep at a hotel, I’m forced to rate only 3 stars. Separately, the menu at the restaurant needs more variety. As does the breakfast buffet which...

"I highly recommend staying at Hotel Torbaur! The location was perfect for seeing old Munich. The charm and cleanliness was beyond our expectations!! The room was spacious and bathroom comfortable for 2 to use! We were greeted by a friendly staff and beautiful orchids everywhere!!! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and the bar as we sat outside each evening. Thank you Munich Hotel Torbaur!"

"We stayed here for one night to be close to Munich Airport for the last night of our 2 week trip across Bavaria. We stayed in room 208 overlooking the front of the hotel and pedestrian area. We had booked a Business Class Double Room with a King bed and A/C, although the weather was perfect, especially at night, so we just opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh Bavarian air. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet and quite large with a couch and sitting area. No in room mini fridge but...

"Lage und Personalsind toll. Perfekt für eine frühe Anreise zum Flughafen. Allerdings war unser Zimmer nicht sauber. Benutztes Taschentuch am Boden sowie Spinnweben im und am Schrank. IBIS war mal für andere Dinge berühmt. Preisleistungsverhältnis war OK."

"Maravillosa mi estancia, el lugar mejor de lo que esperaba, pero la atención y ayuda que recibí en recepción de un señor no recuerdo su nombre pero es de nacionalidad española fue lo mejor, super atento, amable, me ayudo con todo 10/10. Excelente lugar y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Se pagan €6 por el traslado al aeropuerto siendo un excelente precio por traslado."

"I booked this hotel thinking that it was an airport hotel as the name suggests. There is no airport shuttle and it isn't necessarily too close to the airport. I booked it to sleep for the night to catch a flight the next morning. There is no A/C in the room so they put a fan in and cracked a window. It didin't help.
