"The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. "We had a great time in DC. The location is a short Uber ride to all the major attractions, and it truly felt like home away from home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth—no issues at all. The host was attentive and offered excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."
