Great location, close to the National Mall. Comfortable accommodations. Couple of minor maintenance concerns with broken lamp and toilet flush kit but nothing we couldn’t manage. Enjoyed the roof top terrace too! Great stay!

Fully equipped kitchen basics. Unlike AirB&B's, no oil, spices or foil, but with some planning you have all you need to prepare meals vs. eating out. The air conditioning didn't work, but mild temps made it tolerable. There are no screens on the windows and mosquitoes in spring are a thing. Its not trendy, more like a friends apartment. The bed is very soft and no support in the middle.

I would not recommend this hotel. There’s nothing luxurious about it. The name is deceiving.

Staff was responsive once we let them know of minor issues. Great location for eating and walking to the White House and other sites. Apartment accommodated all five of us easily with comfort.

Lots of broken odds and ends. Management company did not contact the front desk of the property timely. Fixtures and furniture very cheap. Spend an hour on the phone with three people to just get access to our room. Convenience for price is the only advantage. It’s a big one, but needs help.

The unit was very dated with many items either simply not working or is a state of disrepair. Specifically, the A/C was not working upon arrival. Also, the toaster and coffee machine were not working and we did not receive a replacement until the day prior to checkout. The bathroom in the master room was also in poor shape and poorly laid out. The toilet seat was loose to the point of detaching from the toilet and the blow dryer only worked in one setting. The shower is less than 3 foot by 3 foot with a corner cut

First of all the parking is located directly under the building. Global Luxury Suites gave me the wrong address so we spent about 45 min trying to locate the parking garage. We were told it cost $28 but was $30 per day. It was open 7AM until 11PM. We were informed we would not be allowed to go in and out. The toilet did not flush. A repair was not made until the next day. The sofa did not function properly. I am requesting at least half of my stay to be reimbursed as basic emergency repairs were not done in a timely fashion and the sofa bed did not work.

We had a great stay, the a/c wasn’t as cold as we expected but other than that we really loved the location and the property as a whole. The unit was very close to all the major attractions in downtown DC.

Great location!! Nice space for families. 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a kitchen and living area. Nice coffee shop attached to the lobby. Walkable to all of the must sees of dc. I would stay here again.

Perfect location to see the sights and visit the White house. Only thing we didn't like was the beds, queen bed was extremely noisy and the pull-out mattress the springs are pushing through the mattress.

We stayed with 5 friends at this property and it was perfect for our stay. Fairly walkable/conveniently located to where we needed to go. Check in was easy, and the property was in great shape. I would recommend for groups of 4-5.
