Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway. "This amazing place has everything for a stay in a unique building in peaceful and quiet surroundings. The old rectory house is a lovely building with so much character. It is located in a quiet area and within walking distance to Arrow Valley country park which has some lovely walks, scenery and wildlife. Although the reception isn’t always staffed I had received clear instructions on access to the building, my room and an overview of the facilities. On arrival there was a member of staff...

"Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. "What a fantastic place to stay. Really lovely room with modern bathroom and all the kitchen facilities you’d need. Super comfy bed and a very peaceful area. The owner is really welcoming and helpful. I stayed 2 days for a work trip but I’d love to go back and make more use of the facilities, maybe stay in one of the hot tub rooms, and see more of the area."
