"I’ve been to MANY stays all around the world and we had a whole bunch of stuff go wrong on our end and if it wasn’t for the incredible hosts we had that helped us as well as welcomed us so warmly we would still be stuck and in travel trouble. I’m so grateful to have had the best hosts who treated us personally and caringly. What a beautiful place, very big, plenty of space for the 3 kids and super close to beautiful scenery and lakes. I’m so grateful!"

"隣に大音響で音楽をかけるバーがあります。そのため週末は真夜中までの大音響と朝まで酔って騒ぐ集団のため寝ることはできません。 立地もこのホテルを境に落書きだらけのエリアとなります。 食事するための設備はありますが、テーブルがあまりにも狭くて、とても侘しい気分で食事することになります。"

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"The location was a 12ish minute walk from the train station. The listing didn’t have many photos so we didn’t really know what to expect but it was a room with beds. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed. There was an outdoor space in the back that was a nice addition to hang out in though."

"The hostel is in a very run down poor condition. If you have issues its very difficult to get help from their helpline"

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
