"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. "I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to...
