"I would like to single out one of the front desk managers, Prabin, for praise. My luggage was delayed by the airline, and when it was eventually delivered, the wrong bag was dropped off! Prabin energetically set about resolving the situation for me, which was accomplished quickly and thoroughly."

"Had a great night at Abode! The room was clean and tidy, and the location was easy to navigate. The staff were nice, especially the receptionists on both the morning and night shifts—they were helpful. Cheers!"
