"The reception staff were great trying to help, they moved me after not being happy with the first room, but the second night I informed the receptionist and showed her a bed bug the was inside bed, so that must have been they the first night and I must have slept with it, I also informed them about the toilet not flushing properly twice, but no one showed to have a look , balcony was very dusty, but great location"

"We stayed 4 nights and booked at the last minute. Checkin was a breeze. All the staff was so nice and friendly. The room was dated and carpet was worn, but the space was huge. We had a king bed and pull out couch for 2 of us and it was still spacious. The outdoor patio was very large and we had a view of the bridge. Neighborhood was quiet .
