Lloguers de vacances a Consell de la Ciutat de Ryde

"Staff were nice. The room was cleaned to the standard. The condition of the building and cleanness was felt like a 3 star hotel. Finding car park entry and navigating through was challenging."

"Ideally close to almost everything you need. Transport, dining, shopping and entertainment all within a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly while the check-in & ckeck-out process was quick and smooth. Only thing was my room had become quite tired looking. A few carpet threads here and there, some mould on bathroom tiling in spots and a bath tub that needs overhauling. The air-con didn't seem to cool as it was suppose to either. On the whole though, it was more better than it was worse so...

"Good clean basic accomm. Picture from the wall was in the cupboard, with velcro strips left on the wall. The booking process (via expedia) didnt auto issue the id proof pre required before check in... i had to chase it by phone call and nessenger cobtact with onsite staff Nor was the $100 bond deposit made clear when i paid in full in advance.... on arrival i needed to attend to that. So gold star for the auburn apartment but not so much the expedia process. Short walk to auburn station....

When I was told the room was ready, it was not, it had things missing and was only partly prepared. Despite the do not disturb sign being on housekeeping still disturbed me. Storing baggage was good, but i haf to press the staff member for a tag and to do it properly rather than just putting it in storage. Nice enough hotel. But nit an...

"A spacious, comfortable room in a very convenient location for our trip. Make sure you request twin beds in room, if needed, ahead of time - That said, housekeeping staff were super helpful in making the room into twin beds once we arrived, which was really appreciated."
