"Upon arrival, the outside was unimpressive and the area was not as expected - not near water, but face to face with auto garage. However, stepping inside was as advertised. Very modern and clean. Coffee bar was a nice addition. The walls were super thin, so you could hear neighbor conversations, bathroom tiles were loose. Also, sofa was not a pull out sleeper, just a wide sofa to sleep on.
