"Homely property with a lovely garden but the fold out bed maybe ok for a young child only, not an adult. Main bed needs an upgrade too. Soft furniture not very comfortable either. No undercover parking. Host provided eggs and seeds which is a lovely gesture."

"Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge...

"Clean"

"Pet friendly which is important for us, a four legged companion didn't have easy access outside, we struggled with the staircase a little, otherwise very good, close to shops, walking tracks, etc."

"The apartment was a great size. We traveled as a group of seven and the 4 bedroom apartment was great. Having two bathrooms was also a win for 7 females!"

"The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance."

"It was sold as a 2 bedroom apartment. In reality was 1 room with a partial bedroom with 3/4 walls. So limited privacy."

"The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc) Bedding and sheets were good. The bathroom- shower had mold The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights. Great stay, thank you"

"Great room, carpark / finding correct lifts was not fun.. card scanner in lifts were hard to see - no signals.. but the worst part - roads under construction - trying to work out how to get into carpark was a nightmare - wasn't informed of the construction and they started drilling/sawing to early on the Saturday morning! We left , was booked for 2 nights, left after 1 night .. not all motels fault.. we had things happening at home."
