"This resort was amazing"

"The bartender was great! He was welcoming. He had a sense of humor that added to our enjoyment and made a great drink. The food service could be better. The kitchen is on the other side of the large building so by the time it is delivered it is cool and overdone. The bartender some how made sure our soup was hot the second time around. Once delivered hot, the food was good."

"Nothing worked, the tv didn’t work, the coffee shop was closed, the restaurant was closed, the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty, the staff was on the phone the whole time while we checked in so didn’t even explain us anything"

"Very clean room and smelled very clean. It was very quiet in my room"

"There was a complimentary breakfast"

"Great experience"

"This was an unexpected trip booked last minute. The staff were amazing and kind, getting me into my room as soon as they could. The hotel was clean and comfortable making my stay better than I could have imagined."

"Everything was great"

"i don't know where these other reviews came from - but this hotel is dirty. I would have left if it wasn't 3 am when we arrived from a very long travel day...it's not even worth it to sleep for a few hours. Definitely shady. The lady at the desk was really nice and just doing her job. But the pillows were stained, towels stained and questionable, mold on the shower curtain, stains on everything really... not a good place if you know what i mean. Just don't."

"Very clean , rooms were spacious comfortable bed and great facilties only downside no kettle in room (am british like my coffee)"

"The staff were excellent. Friendly and responsive. The only complaint were had were related to the heat controller and electronics. Specifically, the wall mounted thermostat, which replaced the actual controller on unit, did not work. No heat only cool air pumped into the room at night. On day two we reported the problem and were moved to another room that had a controller on the actual air conditioning unit. The remote control handset interface with the television was a complete...

"Very clean unpleasant"

"Hotel is located in a good area, near restaurants and attractions. Hotel was clean, staff was polite and would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was fantastic very well, maintained clean and nice staff, just need to improve the parking facilities when we arrived there was no parking space due to big trailers/truck parked horizontally and keep 3 and 4 parking space.. hotel management should need to see at the night parking."

"The breakfast options were very disappointing. They provided only two flat trays of muffins, and the quality was poor. Although I booked a room with a king-size bed, the bed felt too small for a king-size. The only positive aspect of the room was its spaciousness. It also had a large refrigerator and a stove, which were convenient for preparing meals. However, kitchen utensils were available only upon request. Overall, the room space and kitchen facilities were good, but the breakfast quality...

"Should have a bottle of water in the fridge for each b"

"The Holiday InnExpress in Hudson was very convenient and easily accessible to our weekend events. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly and professional. Though it could use some updating, we have no complaints about the Inn or our stay. Thank you, Val N"
