"The place was cute and in a nice location.
But the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Any movement from myself or my partner caused the whole bed to shake.
Additionally I tried to contact the staff/whoever runs the place to ask for late checkout but was never able to reach anyone."

"We booked and paid for our stay through Expedia, and there was no clear indication that the fairly expensive accommodation price essentially covered only the room. We were very disappointed to find out that access to the pool/several slides would cost approximately an additional $300 USD for our family of four, which we simply could not justify.
The accommodation itself was clean, which we appreciated, but it was extremely outdated — the room honestly felt like stepping back into the 1970s. The...
