"No key cards so they had to unlock your door, walking upstairs the carpet was filthy. The rooms were horribly dirty, my feet stuck to floor. Several people who were there for the same wedding looked at their rooms and left. We did the same. I paid for a room I didn’t stay in. How anyone could stay here is beyond me."

"Property was as listed and very comfortable/cozy, everything was cooled down inside before we arrived and lights on!Beds were so comfortable and very quiet, really no neighbors-the building is historic and brick -no sounds from outside at all.I bit of a struggle to find this on our trip - roads were blocked under construction.We focused on the pictures and the old structures that stick up higher in town & that led us to it, in a round about way.Beautiful walking /biking path (Doodlebug trail)...

(Oops, didn't even make us feel dumb) The property was super clean, well stocked, and served our needs well. ( Tons of kitchen towels which you hardly ever get!) "Very cute and super clean house on the lake. Plenty of beds for people to sleep! Great outdoor area and equipped with games and entertainment items. House is fully stocked with all you would need in case you forgot something. Host was very responsive and brought us another load of wood when I informed her we ran out. Great spot just wish the living room was a big larger. We had a group of 10 and we couldn’t all sit together in that space. Lots of fishing off the dock and my boys used the canoe...

"This is a wonderful place to stay! The owners are terrific and are always willing to lend a hand. It's a great place for families with young or even older children. Packed with an abundance of toys, games, outside sports stuff e.g. kayaks, play area. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Easy access to the lake with a nice dock to fish off of. Not far from a public dock landing are if one elects to rent a boat. There's a nice deck that wraps around the side and front of the house. Great...

"An absolutely amazing house. Everything and more in terms of amenities and thoughtful considerations for travelers. The host was lightning fast responsive. A fun property inside and outside. We had elderly parents and children with us and the property was perfectly accommodating."
