"If you are looking for a fancy property, this isn't it. What it is, is a nice cozy cabin. Our family loves it. It has a great big deck, that is good for enjoying a cup of coffee and viewing the scenery. The living room, dining area, and kitchen is perfect for a small family. The kids love the bunk bed room. "Great location & thoughtful touches throughout the home. We were able to spend most of the time on the trails and come back to a peaceful home stocked with what we needed. The outdoor lounge space was well thought out and plenty of room for a family to relax. Overall, a wonderful home base for an adventure!"

"We had a wonderful little getaway at the cabin! Turkey Run State Park is conveniently located just down the road with several restaurant options in nearby Rockville. My kids loved the little zip-line in the backyard, and we all enjoyed exploring the trails behind the cabin. The bedrooms are spacious and mattresses were comfortable. We loved the open, inviting kitchen/living area and the decor! We would definitely stay here again."

The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked.
