The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."

"For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing"

"No room service. Hotel doesn’t have an actual restaurant or dining room, the bar has a limited menu. Any food delivery necessitates going to the lobby to receive the food. This Hyatt is bare-bones: is this the new standard for Hyatt ? There’s only 1 port for re-charging phone and computer, and THAT one is cleverly hidden on the side of the telephone"

"Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed."

"It’s now joint connected to a hotel next door and a be a bit of a headache if you’re on a schedule. It was a long maze of finding the check in desk. Breakfast was sad but the staff was nice."
