"Property needs a little tlc. . Paint in some places; cabinet door to closets could be adjusted. A little light over the coffee maker. Lighting in general was poor, especially for a couple of old fogies like us."

"Delightful, modernized adobe compound with only 7-8 comfortable and inviting suites. Breakfast was served at a communal table with glass drinking glasses, ceramic plates and mugs, and metal cutlery. The rooms also had glasses and ceramic mugs. Comfortable chairs and beds. I would have liked better lighting, but still better than most hotels. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There was a thunderstorm one afternoon and it was so nice to stay in our room, cozy and comfortable....

"We love that you allow furrever friends to join us and your staff is always amazing. The A/C in our room and the fan in the pool room need maintenance as they were noisy. Value for the money on Fiesta weekend wasn't up to snuff and noise on the street above average."

"Our room faced the river. It was serene as could be. The place was charming as could be. Everyone there seemed so happy. It was like stepping back in time. Red River is gorgeous. So affordable compared to Colorado. We will be returning often."

"Very cute little lodge. Love the bed up in the loft. Very cozy. Unfortunately a/c didn’t work and carpet/room had a musky smell. Drains in kitchen sink, bathroom shower and sink didn’t drain well and was only able to take a couple minute shower before it was overflowing."
