"This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. "This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. The description outline a great location but it was very desolate with dirt yards in front and next to the property. Parking backs up to an alley and it's not in the best area in town.
