"Rooms were clean, kick back and breakfast were both delicious, easy to maneuver around the property. There is renovation happening currently which limited some elevator access in the morning but there were other elevators in another part of the hotel so we didn't have to climb stairs or anything."

"This place is from the Gilded Age and beautiful. The flooring, tiling, the atmosphere was cool. The one thing, though, was that the valet was extremely difficult to work with and not labeled to where to go, there was no signage anywhere. We had to drive around the city and find a place to park to call the hotel—which was no help. The staff had absolutely no idea where to tell us to go, and when we finally did, we sat in a lane of traffic IN THE ROAD while other sped through and were told to...

"The hotel is functioning as some sort of housing for what appeared to be unhoused people. That in and of itself is not the issue (although it would have been nice to know). The parking lot, lobby, hallways, and elevator were dirty. Cigarette butts littered the parking lot, and were even in the hallway. The uncarpeted floors in the hallway and elevators were sticky and un-mopped throughout our four night stay. There is an odor of marajuana"
