"Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!! "We had a HUGE room that was very comfortable. I don't like that the room temperature won't get any lower than 67. We had inroom coffee, which was nice, but I had to go downstairs the 2nd day to get more because they didn't replenish it and there was coffee available in the lobby. Other than that- we were VERY happy "

"Our room was great! We stayed in the King suite and enjoyed it very much! The room was clean and lovely. The front desk staff was very accommodating. It was within a block of our venue. The only low to the stay was the rooftop restaurant was closed. There was several restaurants and bars nearby for us to grab food later that evening. "
