"Run away, don’t stay here! This property is run down, there is no security. We walked in and there was an odd smell, a mess on the counters and my feet stuck to the floor as we walked. Our first room smelled as if something had died in the room. Thankfully they switched us, but besides the stench the room wasn’t better. "AC wasn't old & didn't work well, very muggy in the rooms (very humid while trying to sleep,sweaty), floors were not swept well, extremely musty & old smoke smell. Breakfast was not good at all."

"The elevator got stuck and in fact trapped a person on July 9th. Leaving from the side exit there was a plethora of cigarette buds all in the flower bed. Now on friendly staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful."

It's right next to a gigantic mall with lots of good quick food options. Plenty to go do near by, we made it to a waterfall and botanical garden. All free parks to visit just minutes away. "Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet."

"There is a $50 incidentals fee charged upon check-in. There is also a $20 charge for parking which comes out of your incidentals fee. There is a restaurant on site, and we were told at check-in that the breakfast from 6-10am was complimentary, so we planned on grabbing breakfast on our way out. It was not complimentary and the cheapest item was a kids meal for $9. By this time it was too late for us to go anywhere else."

"I highly recommend. The property is beautiful. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. I got a chance to enjoy the rooftop. I would highly recommend to visit it. The entire staff were friendly, always willing to help and professional. I will definitely be back."
