"After my stay, the host messaged me that I had violated their pet policy because my dog had slept on the bed. They never sent me a pet policy! I think it’s unfair to blame someone for something that was never communicated. The host also lied. She initially said that the pet policy was posted on the ad. It wasn’t. I asked her to screenshot the ad if the pet policy was on it, and then she changed stories. She then maintained that it was “common courtesy” to cover up places my dog would lay....

"Place is great. Had a big family gathering and rented 3 of host's properties. Worked out perfect as all were only a stones throw away from one another. Host is doing lots of work to improve on the location...has a beautiful spring on the property, you can sit in (not me...too cold) and the kids can play in. Three minutes from the river/town of Emminence, super convenient. We'd definitely rent again!"

"The ad said toiletries. There were none. I had to buy shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. I left dish liquid and paper towels for the next renters because there were none. To make their stay better. The floor was not swept good. I also swept it. Location was great. We floated the curr and it took us right to where we were staying. Pretty view."

"Owner was nice and responsive.External steps to room which is nice to not have to walk through rest. Clean and newly renovated. Due to location was a little loud with road noise but they did provide ear plugs. Room and bathroom are small but work for 2. Only thing to note is that if you don’t/can’t do steps be sure to choose main level."
