"Our room was what we call the check in room. It was right next to the front door to the building between the pop machine and the ice machine. All other rooms were around the corner down the hallway. There was a cockroach on the bathroom wall when we got there and as soon as you opened the door to the building you could small marijuana. There was never a staff member on property that we saw. Garbage in the parking lot and “lobby”. Besides the beds there were 2 hard table chairs, no other seating...

"Everything was very nice, very clean but I do feel charging guests for parking is ridiculous, considering what we are already paying for a room. ( expensive rooms) you could at least offering free parking because it’s not like you assigned me a reserved spot or anything"

"We loved our room, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at the resort. We thought that food and beverage options were fairly priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again. I agree with some other reviews that the pools are rather small, when compared to resorts with featured water parks, but they weren’t busy and it wasn’t the draw for us."

"It was great"

"The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

"Convenience"

"Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also...

"I was put across the street in the pet friendly rooms although I had no pet. It was off season so I was unsure why I couldn’t be in the main building but you would have to cross the street to get to the office or pool area. The rooms are not as nice as the main building."

"Awsome relaxing stay"

"One of the doors locking mechanism was broke off so it wasn't secure. Hallways were disgusting. Bathroom stall was cracked. Black moldish residue was in the shower. On the Expedia site it didn't state the pool was down."

"The kids enjoyed the pool and staff were great. Cleanliness was good."
