"Extremely underwhelmed. Traveling with three adults and two kids (3 years and 10 months), this resort failed on every level. At check in, staff could not understand a basic room number request to stay near our traveling party until shown a phone screen, yet they still placed us on different floors. ​The rooms are poorly equipped for families. There is a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker or microwave safe cups to heat water for baby formula. Cleanliness is nonexistent. A floor spill wiped...

"Be very careful!! Make sure you know if you’re not booking an actual hotel room (ie. a cabin or treehouse) know that there is no bathroom in your room. There is a common bathroom/showers on the campground. So, if you have the furthest cabin… you could be walking over a block to get to the bathroom! Also, bring your own towels. If you think the lake with the blow up obstacle course is on your property… think again. It’s about a 10 minute drive to a separate location."

"I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again."

"Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!"

"1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get."

We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! "The washer and dryer on the second floor were disappointingly dirty and disgusting. However, our room was very clean, with spotless white towels and fresh bedding. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm, which the kids really enjoyed. The reception staff made a great impression with their friendly service, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, despite the issue with the laundry area, we had a pleasant stay."
