"Our room was mistakenly given to someone with a similar name. We were initially told we would be upgraded to a suite but then mgmt decided to send us to another hotel instead. It all worked out eventually. Luckily we were able to be spontaneous and weren’t on a schedule and the other hotel was close by."

"Great location. Decent rooms."

"The ambiance of the Hotel St. Francis was lovely. The staff were so cordial and helpful and always available. The mattresses and bedding were heavenly. Slept well - felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. One minor thing was one of our windows would not shut all the way and we used tape to hold it together. Also I understand the lighting at the sink was unique decor for the southwest vibe but the lighting at the sink mirror could be better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"One of our favorite places to stay in Sante Fe. One of the 3 best hotels in town. Convenient location close to everything. It's a quieter stay than La Fonda, which can get quite busy and touristy (more people join the lobby all the time than are staying there)."

"If the AC in the room went any warmer than 68 degrees, the air would make the room smell like dirty feet.. super weird but other than that the place was cute and staff was very sweet!"

"The property itself was great. Loved the history, the art, the amenities. Lobby was a very busy place regardless of the time of day. The room was exceptionally clean. The problem came when 10 minutes (literally) after we checked out I realized that I had left my bathing suit in the bathroom. I called the front desk who was less than helpful, and they immediately dumped me in the housekeeping lost and found voicemail. I then returned to the hotel and was told by housekeeping that everything...

"This facility was conveniently located. The rooms were large and comfortable."

"Wonderful experience."

"Bishop’s Lodge is beautiful. The staff was amazing, our room was great, and the food was excellent."

"Staff was great but Jesus this property is gross. Room smelled. Lots of weevils. Shower was busted. You had to really really pull to get the water to run and then that knob to get the shower to work was broken. Made showering difficult. Dumpster out back was overflowing. Torn carpet on stairs. Was just so unpleasant."

"Great comfortable, clean jr suite! Peaceful!"

"Clean room"

"The room we had was small but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and inconvenient to use. The grounds were extensive, very lovely and beautifully maintained by only two very hardworking men."

"There is not a concierge to help give you information about the city and area."
