"Breakfast was simple and filling. The room had extensive moisture damage on the walls and doors. Fixtures were starting to come out of the wall in the bathroom. Doors and handles were sticky. Bed was extra firm. Room was clean, bed was clean, hot water and clean towels."

"El desayuno no era como otros holiday inn, no habian salchichas de pavo, la pisina era super fria, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y el piso de la pisina se veia sucio, no la podimos utilizar, lo unico bueno era la limpieza del cuarto, pero esten mas al pendiente cuando se acaban los jabones. "

Thermostat hanging sideways on wall, some caulking in room and main hallway needs to be touched up, no stopper in bathroom sink. OK for one night's sleep. Breakfast selection limited. Needs a good inspection review before calling it complete."

"Place was clean but staff was very rude and when I asked about the pool for my kids to swim they said it's closed and after I asked if chance if they served breakfast they said no and were extremely rude and demanded that myself and 2 daughters, who just had their mother pass away, check out or they would have to call the police. I've been traveling for the last 2 years for work and have never been treated this way. THEIR POOL IS NOT OPEN."

"My non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was stail and heavy. My bed had an old blood or chocolate stain. Told myself it was chocolate and removed it from my bed. The rest of the hotel worked fine. It was clean, hot water, clean towels. Breakfast was simple and filling. Wish they offered fruit too. Staff was friendly."
