"Good"

"The rooms are really clean, the staff are very accomodating since we used my grandma’s timeshare for the first few days and"

"Everything was perfect, I just had bad luck that the key was not left in the lock and it took me more than an hour for them to answer me and be able to enter and it was thanks to the security man who helped us and the only one who answered immediately"

"The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows. "

"We visited this condo in July. While the condo itself was nice, clean, close to the resort, and the host was consistently responsive, the overall stay was not to our liking. Unfortunately, the unit did not have an air conditioner. When we checked in, the temperature inside was 86 degrees and extremely hot. I wish I had researched this more thoroughly beforehand, but it also would have been helpful if the listing had clearly stated that there was no air conditioning. The host informed me of this...

"All hand and bath towels were dirty. Showing stains of past users, and lazy cleaners. Upon check in, the back door of the unit was left open. The room smelled of stagnant air, like walking into a moist cloud of poorly aged oxygen."

"Hot tub was not hot. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it was some kind of couch/bed combo). TV in bedroom didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was from a variety of garage sales. Good location. Host responsiveness was very slow and of no help. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The place was easy to get to and nice and cozy! After a little walk we were on the slopes! You can also see the hot tubs from the window so you know the perfect time to go. The first night we made the bedroom a little too hot but once we turned the thermostat down it cooled off quickly. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Location of apartment is excellent and very close to downtown. Inside of apartment is very nice. You need to go out and around back to access the common outdoor area. The area was nice and shady in the late afternoon. We enjoyed using it. The outside of the building and central hall leading to the different condos could use some sprucing up! All in all a nice, convenient place to stage in Steamboat Springs."

"The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. We were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.Aleksandra was very responsive and made our stay wonderful."

"We could not get into the property for a half hour because the key in the lock box did not work to open the outside door. We only gained entry because another tenant let us in.-When we got in to the room it was over 90• so I turned all the fans on and set the thermostat to cool. After a few minutes I noticed the fireplace was on. I could not figure out how to turn it off- I even unplugged it.- I called the agent to ask that someone come out to turn off the fireplace as we were going to get a...

"Great spot. Communication with management was excellent and timely. "

"The location of the condo was perfect, with easy parking directly by the condo. The amenities were a lot of fun and we enjoyed the shuffleboard table, arcade machine, and Xbox. The kitchen was nicely appointed. On the negative side, the beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows need replacing."

"This unit has been updated and is well appointed. The location as well as the two king bedrooms made it perfect for two couples. The host was very communicative and responsive."

"Great location right in the middle of town. The space was well laid out and roomy."
