We initially thought the driveway on 3rd Street belonged to the house but later realized it was the grassy area. The reason for the 4/5 cleanliness rating was for all the tires and trash pile on the 3rd St side of the house as well as the watered down hand soap. Whoever cleans is refilling the soap with a little bit of soap and 80% water, which stays...
