"When checking in the clerk in the lobby made my handicapped wife she had to walk across the lobby to get a parking pass ,she asked if he could get & he refused. Upon arrival to the unit we filled the jacuzzi tub to clean it but it would not drain ,after about an hour the maintenance man said it was fixed. It was not. "We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights."
