"Room smelled musty, wet and was just generally not maintained. Co workers who where in the same hotel mentioned similar experiences so no point in asking for a new room. I was only here because my trip was last minute and everything better was booked. I will avoid this next time, as you should."

"Got a suite for me, my fiancé and 4 kiddos. Room was very dusty, carpet and furniture was still wet. Dust was on ceiling, curtains and AC unit."

"The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore."

"The first night that we were there, the loud party across the hall kept us awake until 3 AM. The staff knew about the noise and did nothing. The following morning we were woke at 7 AM by a huge dog barking nonstop. Again the staff did nothing. The bed sheets were washed but still stained. We come to Peoria multiple times a year. We won't ever be coming back to this place."

"You get what you pay for. I understood this hotel was going to be a little worn and basic. I accept that when booking a hotel for $70 a night. Positives: nice staff. Negatives: bugs in the bathroom. Paper-thin walls (I hope the dude in the room next to me is okay. Sounded like he was coughing up a lung all night). Dirty towels. Water damage throughout."

"The room was clean the staff was friendly but the breakfast was terrible the website said hot breakfast all that was hot was the waffles I was expecting eggs and sausage especially when the website says continental breakfast. If they don’t have a continental breakfast then they need to change it on the website."
