"The staff was very friendly, had good laughs and very detailed about the hotels amenities. Parking is simple and the room was a bit dusty for my liking yet I would stay again for the wonderful convince of the view once you walk outside."

"This was the worst hotel experience. First room received was not acceptable. The carpeting was a hazard, it had ripples/buckling every 4-5 inches and the room smelled like smoke. Second room received was not quite as bad in regard to the carpeting (however the carpeting was still quite worn, but not a tripping hazard), but the furniture was stained, not clean, and had a foul smell. "The location was perfect. The staff was great and friendly. The room was good except the phone was grainy and the fire alarm in our room went off as soon as we came it. The front desk took care of it immediately."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Got settled in room and TV did not work. Called front desk and the man said, "oh yea that TV doesn't work"! Had to pack up and move to a higher floor. Needed trolley to help so had to find one. No one offered any help. "

"This hotel is located close to the airport, which was reason we chose it. The man checking us in was on the phone during the entire process. It was clean enough and quiet, but I was uneasy when I saw the dead bolt had been busted off our room door and it had not been repaired. The hallway lights were bright and on all night-probably for a good reason. The hallway was only accessible with a room card which made me feel a little better."

"Check in was great Andrew was great, Phillip was very accomadating and helpful however the night clerk was not very sensitive when I found a bug in my bed. He did arrange for another room and stated I would not be charged for parking but I was charged for parking and I didn't rest well in the changed room. "
