"The elevator was broken but the staff quickly changed us to a lower floor. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was 100% great!!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. It's across the parking lot from the casino which isn't a problem because it's a short walk or they have a bus to pick you up for free. The room was very clean amd the staff was very friendly."

"Check in was easy and swift. Got to our room and it had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom counters were covered in cigarette burns, the ceiling had yellow stains. Our ice bucket had mold in it so had to go to desk for a new one. There was dirt and dust everywhere and hair in the shower. The "breakfast " was beyond basic(pop tarts, plain bagels and dry cereal).
