"Very nice and clean space but not what expected. Toaster oven lever is broken so very hard to get toast in/outNo hot pads to get stuff out of oven. Only trivets. Pots/pans “removable” handles do not stay on. Dangerous when moving a hot pan or draining grease!Some (white) bath towels are so small and not very good. Big towels were great. Washer and dryer on list of amenities but did not have them. Steep hill to get to private entrance is not ideal (especially in the rain)Pavers from door to fence...

"Excellent host communication. Nice place to stay, but also someone’s basement. Owners were home and could be heard walking around upstairs. Not a huge deal, but notable. Nice rooms. Walking around the sideyard to access isn’t the easiest, but certainly not difficult either. Only 2 cars allowed in driveway, plan accordingly. All things considered, this was a good place to stay. Nice neighborhood."

"The place is very beautiful! My only issues are that there was no communication from the host and it said garage parking. I received check in after I sent a message on vrbo on the morning of. Checkin was super easy. Listing says garage parking which was the main reason I booked there. When we arrived two vehicles were blocking the garage. I texted her with no response. I texted her after we left with some issues she might want to take care of and again received no communication back. ...

"Host was fantastic and very responsive. I was here for my son’s baseball at East Cobb, great location with less than a 15 min drive to the field.Melissa was understanding of my schedule shift and allowed me to arrive a day early, and clean up after final games well beyond check out time. We will stay with her again on return visits. Great host, perfect cozy house, clean, quiet street."
