"Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación. No estaban limpias. Había polvo y telas de araña en pared y techos y la lámpara estaba pegajosa. Las camas eran cómodas pero las colchas se veían algo viejas y no sabría decir si realmente limpias. Ecología un cero! Nos cambiaron todas las toallas y realmente no hacía falta y no pusimos ninguna en el suelo para reemplazar. Nos quedamos dos noches y el servicio de habitaciones no hizo las camas, solo cambió las toallas (totalmente innecesario) y sacó...

"I was pleasantly surprised for our stay. We would have stayed another night if we didn't have a time issue. Everything was SUPER clean, it was old, but taken care of. The property manager (owner?) was so super nice and welcoming. There are even chairs to sit on in front of your room so you can enjoy the night time. If you are in Luray and need a place to stay I would definitely give The Cardinal Inn a thumbs up."

"Property is only accessible by helicopter. The road is not safe to travel on. I have a lifted 2024 4X4 Tundra and could not safely get to the house. Trying to back out once you make the turn is the most dangerous thing I've done in a long time. No phone service if stuck and you are miles from anything. "It was better than my expectations! The cabin is cozy yet roomy. All modern amenities. It's literally on the side of a mountain with a babbling brook so close you can hear it from the deck. The kiddos climbed down the creek and onto the many huge boulders that lie about. The treehouse is a blast! And the privacy... No one nearby. This place is fantastic! Truly!"

"Very clean, very nice, very up to date appliances and amenities. Just as advertised. Was a great place to stay for a few nights. Back off the road. The yard is secluded, surrounded by woods. Beds comfortable. Hot tub looked great. We didn't use it. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath worked great. Plenty to do very close. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Thanks!"
